Where Aperko meets
This is the full list of places where Aperko meetings take place — there are no others. We've been to every one of them in person. Tap any of them and its card opens in Maps, with reviews and photos from people who were there before you.
How we pick them
We've been to every one in person and we judge them all by the same five things. If a place stops fitting, we drop it.
You can actually talk
No music you have to shout over. The first hour is what counts and it shouldn't be spent repeating yourself.
You sit at a table
Not at the bar with your back to the room. At a table you can leave, move, or say nothing without it being odd.
You can arrive on your own
A place where you can wait a few minutes without feeling out of place. No cellars, no private rooms, no clubs.
Visible from the street
An ordinary venue at an ordinary address you can reach by public transport. Nothing you find by following an arrow through a courtyard.
No surprises on the bill
Prices on a visible menu, matching what you order.

These venues are places we simply think are worth going to. We take no commission from them and they want nothing from us. The man books the table himself, in his own name. And if you didn't feel good somewhere, write to info@aperko.com.

Run a venue and want to be on the list?
Write to us. We'll come and take a look as ordinary guests — unannounced, no photos, no introductions. If you pass the five points above, we'll add you. It costs nothing and we want nothing in return; we just want to be sure we know where we're sending people.
